Every effort will be made to honor gender-specific requests for your treatments. Please inform us of all preferences when scheduling your appointment. Please also let us know if you are pregnant, as certain treatments are contraindicated for pregnancy. Our expert staff would be delighted to recommend appropriate alternative treatments.
The spa welcomes guests 18 years or older.
A locker will be provided for use during your visit. We recommend leaving all valuables in your guest room safe or at home or in your guest room safe. Spa water, a selection of teas and light snacks are available within our spa lounge for your enjoyment. Our lounge, wellness courtyard, steam rooms and treatment areas are places of relaxation and respite and therefore we encourage our guests to switch off any electronic devices.
Spa robes and slippers are provided and should be worn in all public spaces. During your treatment, you will be draped appropriately and conservatively at all times. Undergarments may be worn if preferred.
To ensure your therapist properly prepares for your visit, please fill out the health intake, found in your reservation confirmation letter, before your arrival.
Please plan to check-in a minimum of 10 to 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment to ensure a leisurely orientation of the facilities and introduction to your assigned therapist.
All services are by appointment only and we encourage you to book spa services via our online portal 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
We require 24 hours advance notice to cancel or change a confirmed spa service to avoid a 100% cancellation fee for your scheduled appointment. If you feel under the weather, we would be happy to reschedule your appointment.
